• If matter gone for litigation then all Legal liabilities of Court expenses + 18 % interest rate shall be charged on payments.
• Goods lost/damaged during transmission / customs clearance/ handling under any services will not be our liabilities and not be adjusted or repaid from our payment.
• Any duties/ taxes / demur-rages occurring at Airport / Shipping line/ Customs or paid on higher side shall not be treated as our liability and the same may be claimed back from the concerned authorities by the clients/customers.
• Any loss of document or such other evidences shall not be the liability of VSLS Global Logistics Services Pvt. Ltd..
• Any delay in transmission / off loading shipment/ loss of ship or misdirected shall not be the liability of VSLS Global Logistics Services Pvt. Ltd..
• Any delay in customs handling or loss of projects due to delay in clearance services shall not be treated as the liability of VSLS Global Logistics Services Pvt. Ltd..
